Biography

Brandon Fuller is a member of the firm’s commercial litigation practice group, where he handles complex business disputes in both state and federal courts. He represents a variety of clients, ranging from small private companies to publicly held corporations, in matters including contract disputes, trademark issues, trade secrets, product liability, legal malpractice, construction law, real estate disputes, constitutional law, and Uniform Commercial Code issues. He also has experience briefing and arguing motions and petitions at the administrative, trial, and appellate levels.

Before becoming an attorney, Brandon served as a U.S. Army Qualified Combat Medic.
