Brian Blaylock is a partner in Snell & Wilmer’s corporate and securities group. His practice focuses on assisting mid-market companies and their owners in corporate and commercial matters, including mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, securities offerings, business divorces, general contract negotiation, employment and consulting agreements, and employee incentive programs.
