Biography

Byron B. Mauss represents individuals and companies in all aspects of general business and commercial litigation, with a specialty in the representation of lenders in the areas of creditors’ rights and bankruptcy litigation. On the transactional side, he represents secured lenders in real estate and commercial loan documentation, both at inception of the loan and at the workout stage. Byron also documents general business and commercial contracts for the firm’s institutional clients. He was previously associated with the national law firm of Paul Hastings. Before studying law, Byron was a financial management analyst, responsible for analysis and reporting of performance data for multi-million dollar government contracts, with emphasis on contract administration.
