Biography

Craig T. Jenson is an experienced land use and real estate lawyer representing clients in complex land use and real estate matters. He represents developers, owners, and investors throughout the real estate development life cycle. Craig negotiates entitlements and land use approvals, including development agreements, for industrial, mixed-use and multifamily developments, master planned communities, mountain resorts, and real estate assets of all types and sizes. He has significant experience in the use, acquisition, disposition, and leasing of real estate projects throughout the West, with specific focus on Utah and Idaho. Craig also assists clients in leveraging public finance tools and securing financial incentives to support their developments. Additionally, Craig regularly advises on government relations, working closely with state and local governments to navigate regulatory and development processes with efficiency and precision. He advises clients in protecting their property rights and finding effective solutions when disputes arise.
