Danny Inglese

Biography

Danny Inglese concentrates his practice in commercial litigation, and has represented a variety of companies and individuals in cases involving breach of contract, mergers and acquisitions, securities fraud, and business torts. Danny has researched, drafted, and argued complex motions. Drawing on his experience as an appellate clerk, Danny has assisted clients in cases before the Arizona Court of Appeals, Arizona Supreme Court, and Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals. He also has experience navigating issues relating to land use, zoning, and real estate transactions. Danny maintains a robust pro bono practice, and has argued a case in the Ninth Circuit on behalf of a pro bono client.
