Dawn Davis is a proud native Nevadan. Her practice is focused on product liability litigation, primarily defending manufacturers and distributors of consumer products, watercraft, aviation products, automotive products, and pharmaceutical and medical device products. She also has extensive experience with premises liability and other personal injury defense litigation. Dawn represents a broad range of clients in both state and federal district courts in disputes involving claims of catastrophic injury, wrongful death, and property damage. Dawn also handles consumer warranty and consumer fraud-related litigation in multi-district litigations and individual federal and state court claims.
Dawn also advises employers in Occupational Safety & Health Administration related matters, including assistance with violation investigations, disputing citations, litigating Complaints to the Review Board, drafting and reviewing safety and compliance programs, petitioning for variances, and complying with OSHA standards.
Dawn is an active pro bono attorney for Legal Aid Center of Southern Nevada’s Children’s Attorney Project and Southern Nevada Senior Law Program.
