Heather Udowitch is a member of the firm’s Corporate and Securities group, where she focuses on a variety of corporate matters, including corprorate governance, mergers and acquisitions, and other general securities and corporate transactions. Heather assists clients with various transaction documents, due diliegence reviews, and entity formation requirements.
Before joining the firm, Heather worked in legal and operations roles within the sports and entertainment industry. In those roles, she gained experience in professional and collegiate athletics, sports media production, and NCAA compliance.
Heather received her J.D. and Masters of Sports Law and Business from the Sandra Day O’Connor College of Law at Arizona State University. Before that, she received her Bachelor of Science in Marketing from Arizona State University where she was a four-year letter winner competing on the Women’s Gymnastics Team.
