Biography

Jason Brinkley is a seasoned attorney with deep-rooted ties to Colorado’s land and legal heritage. His extensive experience is an asset to his transactional practice, where he assists clients in real estate, energy, and mining sectors.

As a fourth-generation Coloradan, Jason possesses a unique understanding of the intricate business and legal landscapes his clients traverse daily. He places a strong emphasis on maintaining an ongoing dialogue with the businesses he advises, enabling him to gain profound insights into their industries, goals, and challenges in Colorado and throughout the west. This approach allows him to deliver tailored solutions that align with their objectives and visions moving forward.

Jason’s career trajectory began with a strong focus on real estate, a foundation that continues to define his practice today including single family home builders, multi-family, industrial, and senior living facilities. In addition to real estate, he provides guidance to clients in diverse sectors, including oil and gas large-scale infrastructure projects, renewable energy, mining , airlines, and ski resorts. Currently, Jason serves as the chair of the firm’s Natural Resources Group, further solidifying his experience in this field.
