Biography
Jennifer Lustig’s practice is concentrated on commercial litigation, emphasizing the financial services industry. She also has experience in bankruptcy work, including business reorganization and creditor’s rights litigation, as well as experience in insurance litigation and employment law. Jennifer’s experience includes representing secured creditors as they recover their collateral and seek repayment from borrowers and guarantors. She has handled a wide range of complex commercial and business litigation matters in the federal and state courts.

Litigate various discovery disputes, to include motions to compel production of subpoenaed documents, witness examination and document production pursuant to Federal Rule of Bankruptcy Procedure 2004, and discovery aimed at the viability of bankruptcy plan confirmation and claim objections
Defend secured creditors’ claims in individual and commercial bankruptcy cases, to include adversary proceedings to determine dischargeability of debts, preferential transfer actions, lift stay proceedings, and discharge injunction violations
Represent a variety of business clients in litigation, arbitration, and mediation involving insurance bad faith, employment discrimination, professional negligence, forgery, and breach of contract
