Jeremy Burke

Jeremy Burke is an associate in the firm’s Corporate and Securities group. His primary focus is on representing companies from their inception to their exit, assisting them throughout their entire lifecycle, which includes organizational issues, initial and subsequent debt and equity financings, mergers and acquisitions, and general corporate matters. He also has experience in purchase agreements for mergers and acquisitions, as well as ancillary transaction agreements, managing transaction closings, corporate governance matters, and other commercial agreements.
