Jordan Glassco focuses her practice in commercial real estate, including retail leasing (representing both landlords and tenants), sales and acquisitions of commercial properties, and related contracts. In her previous role as assistant general counsel for a California supermarket chain, she negotiated leases and subleases, easement agreements and declarations impacting shopping center use and development, purchase and sales agreements, and construction related contracts. Jordan also provided counsel to the property management team pertaining to tenant compliance matters and management and supervision of the real estate portfolio from a legal perspective. Earlier, she held positions as a commercial contracts director for an alternative legal services provider (ALSP), senior counsel for a national shopping mall REIT and in-house counsel for telecommunication companies. Jordan handles complex commercial real estate and other business transactions from inception to conclusion, identifying areas of company risk and opportunity while balancing stakeholder interest.
