Joshua Duffy represents individuals and companies in general business and commercial litigation, with an emphasis on the representation of lenders in the areas of creditors’ rights and bankruptcy litigation. He has tried cases to verdict as the second chair trial attorney. Joshua also represents the firm’s lender clients in engagements involving the documentation and work-out of real estate and commercial lending transactions. He also represents a Fortune 10 Company in commercial litigation matters nationally, on a variety of matters involving a variety of businesses. Before studying law, he worked as an analyst for a private wealth management firm at Union Bank of Switzerland (UBS), which was responsible for $1 billion in client assets. Joshua’s responsibilities at UBS included performance reviews, analytics, and client relations.
