Joyce Wright is a Certified Real Estate Law Specialist engaged in all areas of real estate, including master planned developments, resort, hotel and golf course developments, subdivisions, leases, options, restrictive covenants and easements. Her practice also covers representation regarding purchase, sale, ground-lease and development transactions involving large tracks of undeveloped land, golf, resort and hotel properties, public utility, energy and telecommunication facilities, retail, office, industrial, manufacturing, residential and mixed-use projects, historic and redevelopment projects, low income housing projects, tax credit projects, educational facilities, agricultural and ranch land, mining and natural resource transactions and public-private partnership transactions. Joyce’s expertise also includes state and federal land transactions, title examinations, title insurance and escrow claims, condemnation matters and dispute resolution, real estate finance, structure and negotiation of joint venture and entity agreements, lease transactions, nonprofit owners associations, corporate law, hospitality law, land use entitlement and planning and development and economic incentive agreements.
