Biography

Kevin is a versatile attorney who is committed to resolving his clients’ issues, drawing on his broad experience across multiple industries. His diverse client base includes oil and gas companies, professional sports organizations, financial institutions, secured and unsecured creditors, court-appointed receivers, general contractors, and other construction professionals.

Kevin’s practice is driven by a focus on achieving client goals. Whether handling complex commercial litigation, class actions, temporary restraining orders, injunctions, arbitrations, or business disputes, he is dedicated to finding practical solutions. He regularly represents court-appointed receivers across the United States, advising on evictions, lease negotiations and disputes, and various types of receiver-related litigation. Kevin also assists creditors in recovering funds, with experience representing clients in workouts, bankruptcy proceedings, and collateral recovery.

With a background clerking for the U.S. District Court for the District of Wyoming and the Tenth Circuit Court of Appeals, Kevin brings invaluable insight to all facets of litigation, from alternative dispute resolution and trials to appeals.
