Biography

Lowell Thomas brings over 30 years of corporate and securities law experience to Snell & Wilmer. He serves as lead counsel for equity and debt financings, mergers, acquisitions, and other restructuring transactions across a broad range of industries for public and private corporations. Lowell’s practice is focused on the mid-market, and he has an outstanding reputation for devotion to his clients and getting transactions past the finish line. Lowell represents clients in both high-tech and brick and mortar businesses ranging from medical and healthcare products and service providers to private and public energy and natural resource companies. Lowell provides cross-border business and securities advice to U.S. and Canadian businesses. Lowell frequently advises companies in the formation, growth and exit strategies, as well as corporate boards on governance matters. Having practiced law in Canada for over a decade, Lowell has extensive connections in business, the capital markets and government on both sides of the border.
