Lucinda Iheaso is a member of the firm’s Corporate and Securities Practice Group, where she focuses on a variety of corporate matters, including mergers and acquisitions, business formations, and corporate governance.

Lucinda assists clients devise business solutions, form business entities, prepare shareholder and director approvals, conduct legal due diligence, and draft closing and ancillary transaction documents.
