Biography

Lynsie Zona is a member of the firm’s commercial finance practice group. She primarily represents banks and other lenders with real estate secured, cash flow, and asset-based lending, with a focus on franchise finance transactions. Lynsie also assists with financing transactions for residential subdivisions and townhouse projects. She has experience drafting and negotiating loan documents in single-lender and syndicated transactions, and coordinating closings for multi-state real estate transactions. Lynsie is licensed in Arizona and Texas.
