Biography

Maggie Dellow is an Urban Planner who provides entitlement and development services for the firm’s clients, ranging from general land use research, due diligence, and initial site evaluation to assisting with full entitlement processing (rezoning, use permits, and variances). Maggie provides technical support for processes such as site plan review, land divisions, subdivisions, easements and abandonments of public right-of-way. She also coordinates public engagement efforts (citizen participation plans, neighborhood notification efforts, and preparation of required public participation reports).

Maggie Dellow is not permitted to practice law.
