Representative Experience

• Supported in-house legal department of an international energy company by serving as interim in-house counsel as well as part of a team of attorneys, engineers and right-of-way specialists, among others, in connection with a multi-state pipeline project involving the acquisition and condemnation of both easement and right-of-way interests over hundreds of properties varying in use and ownership, including agricultural, landfill, ditch, commercial and residential
