Markie L. Betor

Markie Betor is an associate in the firm's Commercial Litigation practice group, where she represents a diverse client base that includes hotel chains, large financial institutions, real estate professionals, and businesses of all sizes. Her practice encompasses a wide range of matters, including contract disputes, business torts, shareholder derivative litigation, and general business litigation.

Markie has represented clients in state and federal courts, as well as before administrative regulatory boards such as the Nevada Real Estate Division, the Nevada Division of Insurance, and the Nevada Cannabis Compliance Board. Additionally, she possesses experience in representing hotel condominiums in CC&R disputes, litigation, and foreclosure proceedings. 

Prior to joining Snell & Wilmer, Markie served as a Judicial Law Clerk to the Honorable Abbi Silver of the Nevada Supreme Court, where she gained invaluable insights and experience that enhance her current practice.
