• Represented utility in $200 million acquisition of Arizona-based power plant
• Represented seller in $16 million sale of manufacturer of nuclear waste storage and transportation casks
• Represented publicly held corporation in $45 million sale of energy services company
• Represented nuclear utilities in sale-leaseback transactions involving nuclear power plants
• Represented merchant generator and utility in connection with combustion turbine purchases and long-term service agreements for combustion turbine maintenance, with an aggregate value of several hundred million dollars
