Matthew T. Kramer

Matthew Kramer is an associate in the firm’s Intellectual Property Practice Group. Matthew began his career enforcing a university’s registered trademarks against counterfeiters and analyzing the liabilities of social media influencers promoting counterfeit goods on behalf of third parties. Beyond intellectual property law, Matthew also advises clients on business planning matters, including the formation and organization of limited liability companies, corporations, and partnerships.
