Biography

Michael Cabrera is an associate in the firm’s real estate practice group. He represents and advises real estate developers, investors, non-profit organizations, and individuals at all stages of property acquisition, land planning, zoning, and redevelopment processes. Michael has represented clients with real property disputes in state and federal court, including defending land use decisions of local governing bodies, quiet title actions, partition actions, and boundary line adjustments.

Michael’s practice extends to governmental relations, environmental and business licensing, and regulatory compliance. Michael has also served as counsel to state boards where he advised on several legal matters, including open meeting law, administrative law, and general civil law and procedure. He has experience appearing before the Nevada Legislature, County Commissions, City Councils, and Planning and Zoning boards.
