Nicholas Couchot is an associate in the firm’s Orange County office and a member of the Bankruptcy and Reorganization practice group. Mr. Couchot provides representation for both secured and unsecured creditors, creditors’ committees, trustees, debtors, landlords, and various other stakeholders in a range of bankruptcy and restructuring cases, as well as collection issues, including out-of-court workouts. Before his tenure at Snell & Wilmer, Mr. Couchot worked at Buchalter, P.C. as a bankruptcy associate. Additionally, while Mr. Couchot was in law school at the University of San Diego, he completed an externship with the Honorable Theodor C. Albert at the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Central District of California, located in the Santa Ana division.
