Biography
Raminta Rudys’ practice focuses on the representation of financial institutions in the areas of creditors’ rights and bankruptcy litigation and on the resolution of real and personal property disputes in state and federal courts throughout Oregon and Washington. She has also represented lenders in engagements involving the documentation of real and personal property secured lending transactions and in work-outs involving distressed assets. She began her legal career in California, where she focused on the representation of multi-national corporations in complex insurance, antitrust, environmental, and other commercial litigation matters.

Represented Native American tribe in dispute involving easement and access rights to rural Oregon recreational real property.
Sought appointment of receiver on behalf of first priority secured lender in order to liquidate assets of independent pharmacy in Northwest Washington.
Represents lenders in Chapter 7, 11 and 13 bankruptcy litigation, including motions for relief from stay, cash collateral and adequate protection, claims litigation, motions to convert or dismiss, and litigation related to contested Chapter 11 plan confirmation.
