• Represented a developer in the turnkey acquisition of a dual flag hotel in New York City
• Counseled a lender on a matter involving the mezzanine financing of a 21-property medical office portfolio
• Advised a technology company in the negotiation of a Guaranteed Maximum Price (GMP) Agreement on a matter involving the ground-up construction of a state-of-the-art office complex valued at over $150 million dollars
