Ryan Hogan is a member of the firm’s special litigation and compliance group. He focuses his practice on insurance coverage, election and political law, state and federal constitutional issues, and commercial litigation, representing governmental entities, businesses, and individuals in both state and federal court.
In his insurance practice, Ryan has worked with both policyholders and carriers dealing with issues arising under a variety of policies, including commercial general liability, fidelity, and cyber coverages. He has experience litigating coverage disputes and bad-faith claims, as well as in drafting Damron/Morris agreements. Leveraging that experience, Ryan also counsels clients regarding the potential scope of their available coverages in the event that a loss contingency arises.
Ryan’s litigation experience also extends to appeals, including briefing before the Arizona Court of Appeals, the Arizona Supreme Court, and the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals.
