Ryan McCann, AICP

Ryan McCann is an urban planner who is certified by the American Institute of Certified Planners. He provides entitlement and development services for the firm’s clients, ranging from due diligence and initial site evaluation to assisting with full entitlement processing (rezonings, site plans, use permits, and variances). Ryan also provides technical support for processes such as land divisions, subdivisions, easements, and abandonments of public right-of-way. He also coordinates public engagement efforts (citizen participation plans, neighborhood notification efforts, and preparation of required public participation reports).
