Sarah Odegaard focuses her practice in commercial litigation, defending companies, universities, religious entities, and manufacturers in complex negligence and products liability cases. Sarah has litigated a wide range of disputes in state and federal courts. Before joining Snell & Wilmer, Sarah represented common interest developments in litigation and transactional matters. Prior to that, Sarah litigated childhood sexual abuse cases at a national firm based in Minnesota.
