Biography

Sarah Richards is an associate in the firm’s Corporate and Securities group. Sarah earned her Juris Doctor degree, magna cum laude, from the Pepperdine University Caruso School of Law. While attending law school, she was honored with the CALI Excellence for the Future Award for attaining the highest marks in courses such as Mergers and Acquisitions, Ethical Lawyering, Evidence, Torts, Property, and Constitutional Structure. Additionally, she received the Dean’s Merit Scholarship and graduated in the top 6% of her class.
