Biography

Scott’s practice is concentrated in trust and estate planning, business succession planning, and charitable planning. Scott assists clients with the drafting of basic and advanced estate planning documents, including various types of revocable and irrevocable trusts. Scott provides advice to clients regarding income, gift, and estate tax issues. Scott helps clients establish and operate for-profit entities including family limited partnerships and limited liability companies and non-profit entities.
