Biography

Todd Jones is an attorney with a wealth of experience spanning over three decades, with a focus in commercial finance, debt and equity restructurings, bankruptcy, and general commercial law. Todd is also the co-leader of the commercial finance practice group at Snell & Wilmer, comprising over 50 seasoned professionals across multiple offices.

What sets Todd apart is his genuine passion for working with entrepreneurial-focused clients and their customers. He enjoys the challenge of aiding their growth and development. Todd’s journey in advising clients that service primarily the franchise, owner-operator, and retail industries, combined with his extensive experience, enables him to provide clients from various sectors with practical, focused solutions to a wide range of business challenges. His experience extends to syndication, direct loan origination, multi-billion-dollar asset transactions, acquisitions, securitizations, and corporate matters. Todd is also well-versed in representing lenders in complex Chapter 11 reorganizations, real estate bankruptcy matters, and related workouts.

With a background in private practice and a distinguished 14-year tenure as in-house counsel at a major finance company, Todd is uniquely positioned at the intersection between business and the law. His invaluable in-house counsel experience equips him to offer clients astute legal counsel and strategic guidance.

Todd is engaged in a number of industry and community organizations, including the State Bar of Arizona, the Delaware State Bar Association, and Special Olympics Arizona.
