Trevor S. Locko

Trevor S. Locko is an associate in the San Diego office, focusing on Litigation and Labor & Employment matters. Trevor assists clients in navigating intricate workplace disputes and addressing any legal matters that may arise throughout the course of the employment relationship, spanning from the hiring process to termination. With his experience and knowledge, Trevor has aided employers in assessing and resolving a wide range of lawsuits.

Prior to joining Snell & Wilmer, Trevor served as a second chair in a three-day bench trial, engaged in oral arguments before the Courts, and skillfully composed legal documents such as complaints, demurrers, oppositions to demurrers, and a range of motions including summary judgment and those pertaining to discovery disputes. 

He obtained his J.D. degree from the University of San Diego School of Law, where he was recognized with the prestigious CALI Award for his exceptional performance in Global Antitrust.
