Biography

Tyler advises clients on the federal income tax implications of business transactions.

Tyler helps clients navigate the world of federal tax incentives, such as the Opportunity Zone incentive, Investment Tax Credits for energy and infrastructure projects, and community development projects seeking the various federal incentives, such as New Markets Tax Credits.

Tyler also frequently represents clients seeking to resolve tax issues before the IRS and state tax authorities.
