Biography
Victoria Venzor advises clients on a wide range of commercial real estate transactions. She represents local, regional, and national homebuilders, commercial developers, financial institutions, landlords, and tenants across various property types throughout the United States.
Her practice includes real estate development, land banking, acquisitions and dispositions, leasing, and commercial financing. Victoria also handles the formation and operation of homeowners’ associations.
Victoria is an active member of the Commercial Real Estate Women (CREW), the Colorado Hispanic Bar Association, and the American Bar Association.
