Our Privacy Notice for California Residents Applying for Employment at Snell & Wilmer supplements the information contained in our Privacy Policy and applies solely to Applicants (“You”, “Your”) applying for employment with Snell & Wilmer (“the Firm”). We adopt this notice to comply with the California Consumer Privacy Act of 2018 (“CCPA”), the California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA), and other California privacy laws. This notice contains disclosures required by the CCPA, CPRA and other California privacy laws and applies only to Personal Information that is subject to those laws.

As part of our application process, the Firm collects information that identifies, relates to, describes, references, is capable of being associated with, or could reasonably be linked, directly or indirectly, with You or with Your device (“Personal Information”). Snell & Wilmer respects Your privacy and is committed to using responsible practices in the use of Your Personal Information. If You choose to submit Personal Information to us, we will use that information for the purpose of evaluating Your application for employment within the Firm.

We may share the Personal Information You have provided to us with any of the following:

· Attorneys or other Firm personnel who have input to the open position

· Firm personnel who perform or assist in the gathering of Your Personal Information

· Our background check service provider

· References supplied by You

· Recruiters engaged by the Firm

Snell & Wilmer does not sell or share Your Personal Information to third parties for their direct marketing campaigns or for other valuable consideration.

As a California resident, You may have the following rights under the CCPA/CPRA in relation to Personal Information we have collected about You subject to verification:

• The specific pieces of Your Personal Information collected.

Right to Restrict the Use of Sensitive Personal Information: You have the right to restrict the use of Your sensitive Personal Information.

Right to Access Information on Automated Decision-Making: Snell & Wilmer does not use automated decision-making tools or methods.
