Legal Alert: Green Card “Lottery” Filing Deadline Fast Approaching
The Department of State is once again conducting the congressionally mandated Diversity Immigrant (“DV”) Visa Program or “Green Card Lottery.” For fiscal year 2012, 50,000 immigrant visas will be made available.
