Legal Alert: New NLRB Decisions Require Electronic Distribution of Notices
On October 22, 2010, the National Labor Relations Board (“NLRB” or “Board”) issued two important decisions that significantly change Board policy and case law. Both decisions impose additional burdens on respondents in NLRB cases, with respect to compliance with NLRB Orders. Those decisions will also make settlement of cases more difficult.
