A recent published opinion from the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit (Court of Appeals) found that Chipotle Mexican Grill (Chipotle) violated the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) by failing to provide the “Chipotle Experience” to a customer who used a wheelchair (Plaintiff).
